Ive got a passion- An intense passion for Indian Food. Not just the food but the culture as a whole- The Colors, The Music, the Dancing, the Clothing. If you ever pass a blonde chick blasting Top Bollywood hits in a little black Jetta- most likely ..that was me- in my own happy little world. Indian Culture makes me feel alive in every sense. So.. as you can imagine cooking indian is always an exciting venture in my house- I'm lucky to be married to a man that savors the flavors just as much as I do.
So Going Gluten And Dairy free naturally meant giving up the weekly trips to our favorite Indian Restaurant. Which meant I needed to get busy re-creating our favorite dishes- I couldn't possibly go without Chicken Makhani!
I am proud to share the First Dairy Free Version of Chicken Makhani and a few of our other favorites. Stay tuned as my Masala Love affair continues! (many recipes to come)
- Chicken Makhani (Dairy /Egg/Soy/Gluten/Corn/Rice Free)
- Chana Masala (Gluten/Dairy/Soy/Egg/Corn/Rice Free and Vegan)
- Curried Carrot and Squash Lentil Soup (Gluten/Dairy/Corn/Soy/Egg/Rice Free and Vegan)
- Indian Potato Stuffed Petis (cakes) (Gluten/Dairy/Corn/Soy Free)
Happy Curry-ing! 🙂
