    I am constantly amazed at the wonderful things you come up with. Just realized in the past week that eggs (particularly the whites) have become a problem. Was rather devastated as here to fore ate eggs almost daily and so they are added to a growing list of intolerances. This makes me especially grateful to you for your postings and egg free recipes. Thank you for the encouragement.

    Oh I forgot to mention before..I substituted the starch for the same amount of cickpea flour and they turned out delish! They went deliciously with my lunch salad at work :) They also had a slightly flaky texture so I'm thinking of trying it as pizza crust...

    In the oven right now. I made 8 and am going to cook them shorter and hope they are a little doughy not crisp!

    I took these and made them into bread balls and stuffed them with organic pastured farmers cheese and baked for 30. I brushed them with garlic infused olive oil, fabulous!
