Seasonal Sunday (05-22-11) with a recipe for Heirloom Caprese Salad with Pear Balsamic.

Welcome to this weeks Seasonal Sunday Event!

This week I would like to highlight the following recipes from last week:

Today I would like to share with you an easy and delicious recipe that I'm sure you have seen MANY times before. I have added my own little twist just for fun..

Heirloom Caprese Salad with Pear Balsamic.

Ingredients

Heirloom Tomato(s) sliced thin
Vegan or Real- Mozzarella Cheese sliced thin
Basil Leaves
Salt & Pepper
Bread Crumbs (I use crushed rice chex mixed with some Italian seasonings)
Balsamic to drizzle on top (I used Pear Balsamic)

Assemble in any way that you like!
