Hope you all had a wonderful week. We certainly did- on Thursday Rochester was graced with some serious sunshine and temps in the 50's. It was glorious.
The Sunshine put me in the mood for something tropical. Despite the fact that oranges are a winter produce item- they remind me of the beach and sunny skies. At the Supermarket yesterday I was happy to see Blood Oranges- so they served as the inspiration for my seasonal submission today!
