I just made these and they turned out great. Came together easily, and rolled out like a breeze. This recipe is perfect for my son who has severe food allergies. He will take “ninja-bread men” cookies to school for his 8th birthday. Every time there is a birthday at school, he has to watch the other kids eat all the “normal” junk food birthday treats, and it makes him feel sad since he can’t have it too.( He is allergic to milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, and gluten). He is so excited to have a very special treat that he can have, as well as share. When we need a treat, we couldn’t survive with out your blog! Thanks
