I chose to make the egg salad, and walnut prawns. It’s like they read my mind, I had been craving egg salad recently. Beyond that, Walnut prawns is a personal all time favorite. The recipes were easy to whip up and were incredibly flavorful. I had to make two batches of the candied walnuts (that go into the Walnut prawns). I gobbled up the first batch before I could throw them into the dish!
Michelle & Henry really out did themselves with this book. It has a little bit of everything for everyone. They have recipes for the busy parent, the athlete or curious foodie! It teaches you what you need to know so that you can go forth and be confident in your own cooking! And of course they managed to to sneak in a side of humor! .
