These cookies are other-worldy. They taste like a cross between sugar cookies and chocolate chip cookies; kind of a hybrid of sorts!  The texture will BLOW YOUR MIND. Or tastebuds? Either way.. be prepared to make this recipe many many times.  Made with coconut flour and FREE OFF EGGS they are a bit revolutionary.  You won't find another recipe quite like this.

    I made these, and the flavor was great, but they were crumbly. What kind of tapioca is needed? Starch, flour? I used tapioca starch. I’m pretty sure that was wrong.
