Hey there..we have an exclusive Club Angell Member recipe on our hands. If you want it, head on over my Club Angell Info page and sign up to be and become a VIP member today!

These donuts are amazingggg. They taste exactly like yeasted donuts from bakeries! They were a serious labor of love..8 recipe trials later and I finally nailed the magical combination of ingredients to get a soft, fluffy texture with slightly crispy outside. I had to rush the donuts over to my parents house..to keep myself from plowing through every last one. Believe it or not, they are pretty gosh darn easy to make too!  These beauties of made from coconut flour. When used correctly it can replicate so many favorite foods containing gluten exactly.

ALSO...This week I'm excited to share that we have a SPECIAL giveaway going on for Club Angell members!

We are giving away 2 big gift baskets from Mediterranean Snack Foods to 2 Club Angell Members! Mediterranean Snack Foods sells absolutely delicious gluten free crackers and snacks. We LOVE their lentil crackers and chips!

The winners names will be drawn at random next Saturday! Sign up this week to get your name into the mix.

Please enter me in he give-away! The donuts look amazing. Am thinking of using butter or coconut oil instead of shortening.

These look wonderful! I appreciate the hard work since baking without eggs or wheat is work! From an allergy standpoint, I feel the need to mention that coconut is classified as a treenut (although its really just a Ginormous seed). My son is allergic to all nuts/treenuts and many seeds including coconut :( For my entire life, I had no idea that coconut was a treenut until my son was diagnosed as allergic.

Can’t wait to see what else you bake up next :)!

Although I am a member, I have trouble getting access to recipes.

I’m confused is it half cup of potato flour or starch? One says flour the other says starch.

Has anyone tried to bake these?
