Chicago Deep-Dish Pizza is my husband’s number-one most requested recipe. This recipe is for him. And me, too! I made it egg-free so I could enjoy it with him. The outside of the crust is crispy, and the bottom layer under the cheese is doughy—the perfect combination. Once you make it, you’ll see why we love it so much.

    How much gelatin? I don’t see gelatin. Listed but I’d really like to make this. It sounds great

      It calls for 1 teaspoon gelatin. (It’s in the same line as the coconut sugar–it just didn’t get spaced properly.)

      I’ve made this recipe from Every Last Crumb several times, and it’s amazing!

      Did you use a normal dish towel to cover it? I am a bit concerned that it would catch fire. =) Also, did you use the powder version of gelatin or the more liquefied version?
