    Hi Brittany,
I just want to say how lucky I feel for having found your blog (although when you make a search for the kind of recipes I need, on the web, your name is everywhere)
You're amazing and I can't stop making cookies now!
    You look fabulous, too!
I suffered from gastritis and depression for years before hearing about the Virgin Diet. At 28, I felt like an old person and the magic of life had gone away.
The regime calls for the total elimination of gluten, dairy, eggs, sugar and artificial sweeteners, soy, and peanuts, for 21 days. Then, the person can start to reincorporate this products in their diet, if they want, to find out what was making them sick. She advices, nevertheless, to stay away from these products as much as possible after the 21-day detox, because they promote inflammation in the body. That was 3 years ago.
I never looked back...I'm not even trying to reintegarte these products into my diet because I'm convinced their toxic, even if you're not allergic to them.
Anyway, this was supposed to be a short message to thank you for all the knowledge you're sharing...
    Lots of love!
    Maria.
