Egg Free Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls!

PUMPKIN cinnamon rolls 4Did you see my see my Club Angell post last week for my Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls?  Were you bummed because you couldn't have them because they were made with eggs?  Well be bummed no more!  I have made for you egg free AND nut free Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls!  You will be pretty hard pressed to find a more delicious cinnamon roll recipe than this one that everyone in your family not only WILL enjoy, but CAN enjoy!

    We made these today and they were great! The dough was a bit soft to roll out (even with extra flour), but I put it between two sheets of parchment and was gentle. It rolled up alright. It also needed a little extra time to cook and was very moist. It was quite good and amazing without eggs, dairy or grains! Thanks a bunch and can’t wait to get your book.
