Cranberry Ginger Hot Toddy

The chilly weather has undoubtedly arrived.

I'm sure I'm not the only one nursing a cold right now and therefore wanted to share my current favorite hot drink. This is my go to beverage whether I'm sick or not. Its just that good.

I'm not providing specific measurements as its impossible to screw up!

Cranberry Ginger Hot Toddy

  • Fresh Ginger thinly sliced
  • Lemon Juice
  • Fresh Cranberries
  • Sweetener of choice (I use stevia)
  • Water

  1. In a saucepan boil water (the amount is up to you)
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to taste and boil for 5-10 minutes to allow the flavors to fully come out. I like to add another handful of cranberries just before serving.

The ginger can be re-used and boiled many times, save your leftovers. To make more Hot Toddy just add more water, lemon juice and cranberries.

Not only does this drink taste great, but its gorgeous in color. Enjoy at home on a quiet night, or try adding some booze and serving at just about any fall or winter gathering.

Thank you for the drink recipe. Looks very happy! How many drops of stevia do you like to use?

So, I made this tonight and I added half a cup of pomegranate (I had a whole bag my aunt gave me). Can I just say “WOW!!” Sooooo yummy!! Thank you so much for sharing this! This is going in my recipe book.

Ok, I am going to go now and enjoy my toddy! 🙂
